Alternative Worship Colloquium
TW SW are hosting an online event on Thursday 30th October between 10am and 1pm. Entitled Alternative Worship Colloquium, the keynote speakers are The Revd Coryn Stanforth, and Tessa Wilkinson
We are encouraged to take the Gospel of Christ beyond our church walls into our communities. The Alternative Worship genre seeks to do this as well as provide opportunities for deeper engagement. This may include muddy church, outdoor or camp fire church, messy church and so on. The Revd Coryn Stanforth, Rector of Bacton with a number of rural parishes in Norfolk and author of Grove Booklet W256, ‘How to Worship Outdoors’, together with Tessa Wilkinson, an enabler of parishes in using craft and creative activities to enhance worship, and author of several books, will facilitate our conversations.
